5 Day Guided Workout


Hello and welcome to the 5 day home workout program. This is a great program for all of you out there who want to get back in the swing of working out but you don’t have the time to go to the gym on a regular basis. This is a program that is self paced and pretty much anybody on any level at any age can do these. With that being said you don’t need to go full pace right off the bat you can just do the best you can. Many of you out there who are out of shape may find these workouts pretty tough at first and that’s ok. Many of these workouts may be tough for people with bad knees or joint pain, once again do the best you can. I would like to see if you have not done any working out and you have heart problems or any kind of medical issues be sure to visit a doctor before starting any workout program. Below you will find a 5 day schedule starting with Day 1 Full Body, Day 2 Abs, Day 3 Arms, Day 4 Legs, and Day 5 back to Full Body. With that being said you can mix and match however you like. Then over the 30 Day challenge you can just repeat these every week. Then after these workouts the idea is that you go for a run, a bike ride, go to the gym, hit the weights, do sports, aerobics or anything else you like to do for the remaining 40 min that you need to be working out everyday.
